IES has its own pilot plant which can be hired to carry out on site treatment studies. The pilot plant and associated services are tailored to the client’s requirements. The cost of hire is often refunded against purchase of new plant.

The pilot plant consists of:

  • Treatment tanks
  • Dosing unit
  • Lamella settler including flocculation tank
  • Filter press
  • Ultrasonic reactor

The pilot plant can be used to treat between 1-5m3/hr.
